If you received a message stating that you did not verify your email address when you registered, you can still verify it by locating the email and clicking on the link to complete your registration.
If you can't locate your verification email from when you first registered, you can click on "Email Not Working" or the right arrow.
- Select your state.
- Type in your WIC ID and click "Next".
- Type in the answer to your security question and click "Submit".
If answered correctly, you will be given access to reset your password information.
- Type in and confirm a new password to use and click "Reset Password".
- Your password has now been changed to the new one you just typed in. Be sure to write it down with your username in a place where you won't forget it.
You should now be able to bypass the email verification message by selecting "Log In".
