I received a message stating I didn't verify my email address.

If you received a message stating that you did not verify your email address when you registered, you can still verify it by locating the email and clicking on the link to complete your registration.  

If you can't locate your verification email from when you first registered, you can click on "Forgot your username or password?" to reset your log in information using your email address, phone number or WIC ID.
