Should my agency request a staff account for each staff member or one account for the agency to share?

It is completely up to you whether to create an account that staff members share or to create individual accounts. Although, we recommend staff members having individual accounts.

If you want each of your staff members to have their own account, please send the name, email address, agency and clinic(s) information of each to [e-mail] (please note, each email address may only be assigned to one staff member account).

If you would like a share account created, please send the agency and clinic(s) designation along with the email address it should be tied to.
