We recently launched a security update to our site that now requires users to log in with their staff credentials in order to view the client certificates they receive via email. This update was implemented to help secure the client information found within the certificate. If you click on the certificate link, it will ask you to log in. After you log in with your staff account, it will automatically re-direct you to the certificate.
* If you do not already have a staff account, or you forgot your username and/or password, please send a request to [email protected] with your name, state, and agency name, and we will email you a staff account invitation.
* You don't have to log in every time you click on a new certificate link. If you log into your wichealthsupport.org account and remain logged in, you will continue to be allowed to go straight to the certificate via the link. PLEASE NOTE: For security reasons, you will be logged out automatically after 2 hours of inactivity, at which time you will need to log in again.
* If you have an active staff account but are still not able to view the links after logging in, please send an email to [email protected] that includes the error code you’re seeing (example: 404, 403) and the URL (web address) you’re at when the error is on your screen. We will be happy to help!
