My participants say they aren't able to continue past the resources or link page. What should I do?

Two things…

1. Make sure the participant is clicking the "Return to Resources" button located at both the top and bottom of the individual link page. Please see the example below.

Then

 

1. Once she is back on the link listing page, she should click the “Continue” button. At that point, she may be asked another question and asked to view another resource or she will be led to the survey. Once the survey is complete, she will see the new Action Plan page which includes a summary of her experience as well as a note that says either the certificate has been automatically emailed or that she should click a link to view and print her certificate.
