My participants say they aren't able to continue past the resources or link page. What should I do?

Two things…

1. Make sure the participant is clicking the "Return to Resources" button located at both the top and bottom of the individual link page instead of the using the browser to go back. Please see the example below.

2. Once they are back on the link listing page, they should click the “Continue” button. At that point, they may be asked another question and asked to view another resource or they will be led to the survey. Once the survey is complete, they will see the new Recap page which includes a summary of their experience as well as a link to view and print their certificate along with a note advising it's already been emailed to their clinic if applicable.
