Occasionally, you may hear from a client who is experiencing difficulties logging in. If this occurs, please direct your client to the wichealth.org Log In page. Have them first select "Trouble Signing In". From there they will be able to retrieve and reset their login info via email or by entering their state, WIC ID and the answer to their security question.
If they are still unable to access their account, have them click the "Help" button located on the bottom right corner of the page and have them submit what they are having trouble with, their username, and/or their WIC ID#. They can also email help@wichealth.org and include the same information. Our helpdesk staff will respond as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours.
