I can't log in, I forgot my username or password (or both!).

If you are having trouble logging in because of one of the following:

1. You forgot your password
   
   OR
   
   
2. You forgot your username
   
   OR
   
   
3. You forgot both your username and password
   
   

You can recover and reset your login information by following the steps below. 

If you know the email address, phone number, and/or WIC ID associated with your account:

1. Click on "Forgot your username or password?" located on our dashboard. 
2. Choose the method you would like to use to reset your password and follow the prompts.

If you continue to have issues, please click the orange "Help" button located at the bottom right of any wichealth.org page to contact our Help Desk for assistance.

If you do not know your WIC ID or family ID number, you will need to contact your local WIC office and get the number from them. If you do not know the number of your local WIC office, click the link below and call your State's WIC office:
https://www.fns.usda.gov/wic/program-contacts They will be able to help you get in contact with your local WIC office. You will not be able to set up an account until you have your WIC ID or family ID number.
