To renew your benefits or have your card reloaded, you must first complete a lesson.
Below are the steps you will need to complete a lesson:
- Login to wichealth.org.
- Click the "Begin" button in the "Start Or Continue A Lesson" section of your home page.
- Click one of the available lesson categories.
- Click one of the available lessons.
- At the end of the lesson, you will be asked to complete a short survey. Sometimes you are asked to select “Return to Resources” and/or "Continue" and answer a few more questions, view another resource or two and be asked to “Return to Resources” and/or "Continue” again before you are led to the survey where you will need to complete the fields and select “Submit” before you receive your certificate.
- You will be taken to the certificate page where you can choose to view or print your certificate. Follow the instructions given to you at your WIC clinic to either email or print your certificate. If you do not have your WIC office's email address you will need to contact them for it. Some WIC participants will see a message that says their certificate has been automatically sent to their local WIC clinic. If you see this message, then you don't have to do anything. Your clinic will automatically get your lesson completion information.
Once your WIC office gets verification that your lesson was completed they will be able to renew your benefits. Please keep in mind that your benefits may not be immediately renewed. If you have questions about when you can expect your benefits to be renewed, please contact your WIC office. They are in the best position to help you with this.
If you do not have your clinic's phone number or the number is not working, please click the link below and call your State's WIC office: https://www.fns.usda.gov/wic/program-contacts
*Not all clinics require clients to provide a certificate of completion. Contact your WIC agency if you are unsure if you need to email or print the certificate.
