What should I do if I need to update my contact information?

To update your address, phone number, or other contact information, first contact your WIC clinic directly to give them the updated information. If you do not have your clinic's phone number or the number is not working, please click the link below and call your State WIC office: https://www.fns.usda.gov/wic/program-contacts

Then, update your wichealth.org profile by following the steps below.  Please note, wichealth does not retain your address and phone number information.  There is no need to update these two items on our site if they are new.

If you would like to update your profile, please continue by:

1. Make sure you are logged into your wichealth.org account. 
2. Click on the “Edit Profile” button from the homepage. 
3. Make the desired changes to your profile and click "Update" at the bottom of the page.
