What if none of the lessons apply to me or my child?

We understand that not all of the lessons on wichealth.org may apply directly to you or your child. However, there are probably some lessons that would be useful to you either now or in the future when your child is older. If you are still unsure, talk to your local WIC clinic to see if they can suggest a lesson for you to complete.
